Expected delivery period of 7 months
When RT ordered his Peugeot 308 SW on 23/06/2022, he was filled with excitement and anticipation 😉 The initially announced delivery date of 13/01/2023, a standard seven months delivery period, seemed reasonable for such a sought-after model.
A delivery delayed by 9 months
For RT, the delivery of his Peugeot 308 SW was postponed by more than ten months. Such delays, though quite unusual, can be attributed to various factors beyond the manufacturer's direct control (supply chain issues with components, global logistical challenges...).
In fact, RT waited 16 months
RT ordered their Peugeot 308 SW in Netherland 
on 23/06/2022. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 13/01/2023, which was an initial delivery time of 7 months. In the end, RT took possession of the vehicle on 03/11/2023, which resulted in a waiting time of 16 months.
