Details from Hobbit :
Space saver spare wheel is the ony added extra. This is what is taking the time and requires a factory specific build. Without this added delivery would be 2-3 weeks.
31-1025 Just been advised that current Clio version (5) is no longer being produced as they are changing the production line for the newly announced version 6 due in Europe early next year but not the UK until 2027. My spare wheel factory fit cannot be now provided so either cancel order or accept standard build plus a road hero spare wheel kit which can only be kept in the boot and not in the recess as too big etc. Renault had this order months ago yet only tell me today, not impressed at all.
Finally got the car on the 18th November. All good so far.

Initial delivery period of 3 months
Hobbit had chosen the Renault Clio, a highly sought-after model, on 25/07/2025. At the time of purchase, he was given a delivery date of 02/11/2025. This represented an initial delivery period of three months, a duration quite typical for such a vehicle 👍
A delivery perfectly on time !
This timeframe could raise questions among future buyers about Renault's delivery schedule management, especially for a model as popular as the Clio. Fortunately, Hobbit's experience can provide reassurance on this point. Renault handled it well 👍
In fact, Hobbit waited 4 months
Hobbit ordered their Renault Clio in United Kingdom 
on 25/07/2025. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 02/11/2025, which was an initial delivery time of 3 months. In the end, Hobbit took possession of the vehicle on 18/11/2025, which resulted in a waiting time of 4 months.
