The carmine red color was standard before the release of the south-facing version when the south-facing version was released it was the terracotta brown version that was standard and the color that is standard now has nothing to do with the color that is requested on your order form... So if there is a problem it comes from them not from you at the time you ordered it the carmine red color was standard the terracotta strand only arrived when the version was released facing south so the problem does not come from your side but the terracotta strand is a very beautiful color too....

A priori there is a problem with the red color
On the internet ad the brown color appears included as standard and the red color is optional at €700

but I have doubts about this application

Did you take an R4 with a battery made in France or a model with an “international” manufactured battery?

Because Renault has recently had its own batteries manufactured in France, a recent project, very beautiful, brand new... 😊
