de MGo44240 💬 « On 11/20/25, the My Renault app told me that my vehicle was "in preparation" at the Nantes Saint Herblain dealership. Apparently a "red flag" prevented delivery. Then it was announced to me for December 27...before a "manufacturer recall" imposing 2 days of mechanical work caused a new delay. Proposed date January 9. I admit I put pressure "a little" and I was finally delivered on December 31! Perfect delivery, careful handling, attentive follow-up after delivery: call from the dealership to check that everything is fine, advice for the final adjustments... and even a nice voucher from Renault to make us forget a somewhat long wait. The car is very beautiful, seems to keep its promises in terms of sobriety and comfort (long live the controlled suspension...), in short, it's all good!
