Details from MGo44240 :
On 11/20/25, the My Renault app told me that my vehicle was "in preparation" at the Nantes Saint Herblain dealership. Apparently a "red flag" prevented delivery. Then it was announced to me for December 27...before a "manufacturer recall" imposing 2 days of mechanical work caused a new delay. Proposed date January 9. I admit I put pressure "a little" and I was finally delivered on December 31! Perfect delivery, careful handling, attentive follow-up after delivery: call from the dealership to check that everything is fine, advice for the final adjustments... and even a nice voucher from Renault to make us forget a somewhat long wait. The car is very beautiful, and seems to keep its promises.
After just 3 months and almost 6000 km, the experience is really very interesting. First of all, everything works well and even if it seems like the smallest thing, it is so far from being the general case that it is fair to point it out.
Equipment up to par, performance too. Rafale knows how to be very gentle provided you have a light foot even in case of necessity such as overtaking a bulky vehicle, it accelerates like a Porsche. Nice!
Comfort rating, however, is more mixed. On good roads you are very well supported, and the damping is intelligent. It highlights qualities and balance well. But beautiful roads (highways) are rare. On the secondary network (not to mention the speed bumps that infest our towns and villages) I have not yet found the chassis adjustment that respects our vertebrae. Not to mention that the 21-inch rims must play their role in this matter. I don't despair. And if anyone has any effective advice, I'm interested. THANKS!

Stunning consumption! Of course, I scrupulously play the “plug-in hybrid” card. With a terminal at home (for the 5), it helps. But the figures speak: on secondary roads and expressways by optimizing speed, between 2 l and 2.5l/100 on average; on motorways with full battery departure 4 l/100 over a distance of 400 km; and empty battery, hold at "optimized" highway speed, 6.5 l/100. Very, very good surprise!
