On 11/20/25, the My Renault app told me that my vehicle was "in preparation" at the Nantes Saint Herblain dealership. Apparently a "red flag" prevented delivery. Then it was announced to me for December 27...before a "manufacturer recall" imposing 2 days of mechanical work caused a new delay. Proposed date January 9. I admit I put pressure "a little" and I was finally delivered on December 31! Perfect delivery, careful handling, attentive follow-up after delivery: call from the dealership to check that everything is fine, advice for the final adjustments... and even a nice voucher from Renault to make us forget a somewhat long wait. The car is very beautiful, seems to keep its promises in terms of sobriety and comfort (long live the controlled suspension...), in short, it's all good! All that's left to do is ride.
