The communication from Westminster Toyota in BC here was atrocious, we were ignored for stretches up to 3 months at a time and had to contact Central Canada to even get updates so they would pressure our dealership.
The bullshit hasn't stopped, they wasted more of my time with a minor needed install we had requested but thankfully other dealerships in my area have been great and that is were I'll take my service business.
The car itself: great, and I am glad we went higher trim, some of the features are like nothing I've experienced. Now starting to wonder what happens when you order a car (with deposit) and it was in Jan 2024 when order was made for a 2024 car,... but it is creeping well into 2025.
