The order for my VW Tiguan was not delivered on May 31. We sent 1 letter of formal notice for non-delivery of the vehicle with 30 days of additional time. But the garage played dead, so my insurance took over to cancel the order for the VW Tiguan.
02/10/2024 :
We also sent a letter to VW Group France who told us that the Bernard Garage was shooting them in the foot. Because the mechanic should apologize and make me an offer for waiting for the vehicle instead of playing dead
