With €10,000 deposit (repossession of a vehicle), monthly payments of €350 over 48 months for the LOA. » Cbb wrote this comment on 10/12/2025. 05/06/2025 : On hold 06/07/2025 : Still waiting for delivery 24/07/2025 : No delivery yesterday July 23, impossible to track the car so know when it arrives, I am notified as soon as it arrives, but when!!! 28/07/2025 : The BYD dealership has just informed me that my seal is on a boat en route to Europe and that its arrival is scheduled for the end of August so delivery will not be before mid-September!! 09/09/2025 : Contact with the Kroely dealership in Nancy yesterday, they have no news about my car, they will try to find out where it is!!!! A zero point for BYD logistics. 23/09/2025 : Following my call, they tried to find out where my seal was, it arrived in Belgium at the beginning of September, so it must now be delivered to the dealership, I hope to have it before Christmas!! Logistics is not BYD’s strong point. 06/10/2025 : I contacted the dealership again as they did not call me back to find out where the car is, now it would be delivered to the dealership between October 15 and 25. So if you hope to have your car within 3 months of your order, don't trust BYD. 09/11/2025 : Another call on November 4 to the Nancy CC to get news of my car which should have been delivered at the end of last month, now a carrier would have picked it up on November 3 but they don't know from where!
