A zero point for BYD logistics. 23/09/2025 : Following my call, they tried to find out where my seal was, it arrived in Belgium at the beginning of September, so it must now be delivered to the dealership, I hope to have it before Christmas!! Logistics is not BYD’s strong point. 06/10/2025 : I contacted the dealership again as they did not call me back to find out where the car is, now it would be delivered to the dealership between October 15 and 25. So if you hope to have your car within 3 months of your order, don't trust BYD. 09/11/2025 : Another call on November 4 to the Nancy CC to get news of my car which should have been delivered at the end of last month, now a carrier would have picked it up on November 3 but they don't know from where!
