Details from Man :
I have owned a Mercedes CLA for 3 years. I had decided to buy a 308 hybrid.
1 month later I discovered the BYD seal.
Peugeot tells me that my order is canceled.
Chance does not exist.
I went to order my BYD Seal :)
It's 3/28 and I'm still waiting and with no news
Beautiful (in my eyes)
Already very beautiful as a base, I still customized it a little like in the photo but otherwise the design is perfect
Pleasantly surprised
I hadn't tried the version with 313 hp, I had fears because I had only tried the 530 hp version but it's enough as it is, especially in sport mode.
A test
I test a bit of everything.
Lots of beeps here and there.
It takes a little time to get used to it and find the right settings.
Otherwise I find it 20 times simpler than a Tesla that a friend has.
The driving assistance is really good but you have to dare to “let go of everything” and let your car do everything on its own.
The only thing I find unfortunate is that to connect CarPlay calls you have to connect your iPhone to a cable! With all the electronics inside I don't understand why a cable is still mandatory. But hey, that’s just a detail.
I will give my final opinion in a few weeks

Initial delivery period of 4 months
Man had chosen the BYD Seal, a highly sought-after model, on 08/01/2024. At the time of purchase, he was given a delivery date of 20/05/2024. This represented an initial delivery period of four months, a duration quite typical for such a vehicle 👍
Delivery 1 month ahead of schedule !
This timeframe could raise questions among future buyers about BYD's delivery schedule management, especially for a model as popular as the Seal. Fortunately, Man's experience can provide reassurance on this point. BYD handled it well 👍
In fact, Man waited 3 months
Man ordered their BYD Seal in Belgium 
on 08/01/2024. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 20/05/2024, which was an initial delivery time of 4 months. In the end, Man took possession of the vehicle on 18/04/2024, which resulted in a waiting time of 3 months.
