First ride home
After handling it at the dealership for more than an hour, two hours to return, very pleasant driving, comfort comparable to that of my Mercedes A class, now it's up to me to discover all its qualities.

No delivery yesterday July 23, impossible to track the car so know when it arrives, I am notified as soon as it arrives, but when!!!

The BYD dealership has just informed me that my seal is on a boat en route to Europe and that its arrival is scheduled for the end of August so delivery will not be before mid-September!!

Contact with the Kroely dealership in Nancy yesterday, they have no news about my car, they will try to find out where it is!!!!
A zero point for BYD logistics.

Following my call, they tried to find out where my seal was, it arrived in Belgium at the beginning of September, so it must now be delivered to the dealership, I hope to have it before Christmas!!
Logistics is not BYD’s strong point.
06/10/2025 :
I contacted the dealership again as they did not call me back to find out where the car is, now it would be delivered to the dealership between October 15 and 25.
So if you hope to have your car within 3 months of your order, don't trust BYD.
09/11/2025 :
Another call on November 4 to the Nancy CC to get news of my car which should have been delivered at the end of last month, now a carrier would have picked it up on November 3 but they don't know from where!
The cars come by boat and then the customers are taken by boat!

Finally I got my BYD seal yesterday, after a five month delay that they can't justify!

Initial delivery period of 3 months
Cbb had opted for the BYD Seal on 02/05/2025. When purchasing, he was initially given a delivery date of 23/07/2025, equating to a three months delivery period.
A delivery delayed by 4 months
In Cbb's case, his BYD Seal was delivered with a slight four months delay, on 22/11/2025. Although rare, this delay remained within a reasonable timeframe. BYD still managed well.
In fact, Cbb waited 7 months
Cbb ordered their BYD Seal in France on 02/05/2025. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 23/07/2025, which was an initial delivery time of 3 months. In the end, Cbb took possession of the vehicle on 22/11/2025, which resulted in a waiting time of 7 months.
