Every week I am promised that it will arrive within 15 days. When ordering I was told in May. Now they tell me September; i.e. 9 months of waiting
This is unacceptable.
Still no trace of my E-c3, I'm told maybe in August. And I was offered a loan car for €250, or around 4 times the monthly price of the E-c3!!!!

02/09/2024 : such with the Citroen dealership in Laval which confirms to me that no chassis number is associated with my name (order placed at the beginning of January 2024) and Citroen reserves the right to cancel all orders placed because it is unable to honor them, the due date being September 30, 2024

Initial delivery period of 5 months

Sa had opted for the Citroën C3 on 13/01/2024. When purchasing, he was initially given a delivery date of 10/06/2024, equating to a five months delivery period.

A delivery delayed by 4 months

In Sa's case, his Citroën C3 was delivered with a slight four months delay, on 17/10/2024. Although rare, this delay remained within a reasonable timeframe. Citroën still managed well.
