No communication from the dealer. We have to force contact and we feel the lack of information within Citroën.
It’s incredible and very destabilizing.
For this type of vehicle, the performance one year after ordering is less attractive and the competition offers more efficient models, particularly in terms of autonomy.
If the date provided on the order form has passed, I will consider canceling the order…

Initial delivery period of 7 months
JPV had opted for the Citroën C3 on 29/06/2024. When purchasing, he was initially given a delivery date of 31/01/2025, equating to a seven months delivery period.
A delivery delayed by 1 month
In JPV's case, his Citroën C3 was delivered with a slight one month delay, on 05/03/2025. Although rare, this delay remained within a reasonable timeframe. Citroën still managed well.
In fact, JPV waited 8 months
JPV ordered their Citroën C3 in France on 29/06/2024. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 31/01/2025, which was an initial delivery time of 7 months. In the end, JPV took possession of the vehicle on 05/03/2025, which resulted in a waiting time of 8 months.
