26/03/2025 : delivery scheduled for 03/31/2025 postponed without notifying me to the end of May 2025
13/04/2025 : after a formal notice by registered letter, the dealer informed me of a delivery forecast for mid-June!
better and better Stellantis and the Chopard group!!!
17/06/2025 : the C3 arrived at the dealership on 06/13/2025.
being currently traveling my wife will take possession of it on 06/26/2025.
this long delay since the order (October 2024) is inconceivable in the 21st century but I cannot forgive the Chopard group for not having been informed of the situation until the end of March (initial delivery date). I was obliged to multiply the emails and registered letters so that my file was taken into account by the sales manager of the dealership. From that moment on I received all the information in a timely manner. The commercial gesture that was offered to me is around 2%......for the 3 months of delay
