on m'a dit que la construction serait terminée lundi prochain mais pas encore de VIN. On m'a dit cela il y a un mois également, donc ce n'est pas crédible, donc je n'ai aucune idée d'une date de livraison.
J'ai contacté Hyundai France pour avoir plus d'informations. Une chose totalement désagréable à faire. Même après de nombreux appels et e-mails, je n'ai toujours pas réussi à parler à quelqu'un qui me donnerait des informations. le service client ne semble pas être dans l'état d'esprit de Hyundai.
Fin de la moi j'espère !
le concessionnaire m'a contacté et m'a dit que la voiture est construite et en cours de transport et qu'elle a un numéro de châssis. il semble que s'il n'y a pas de numéro de châssis, ignorez les dates qui vous sont données car vous ne pouvez pas vous y fier. Hyundai France n'a servi à rien et n'a jamais répondu à une seule question.

In fact, FredC waited 10 months
FredC ordered their Hyundai Ioniq 5 in France 
on 22/10/2022. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 01/04/2023, which was an initial delivery time of 5 months. In the end, FredC took possession of the vehicle on 12/08/2023, which resulted in a waiting time of 10 months.
