When GIUGTO ordered his Hyundai Ioniq 5 on 14/02/2022, he was filled with excitement and anticipation 😉 The initially announced delivery date of 06/01/2023, a standard eleven months delivery period, seemed reasonable for such a sought-after model.
A delivery delayed by 8 months
For GIUGTO, the delivery of his Hyundai Ioniq 5 was postponed by more than nine months. Such delays, though quite unusual, can be attributed to various factors beyond the manufacturer's direct control (supply chain issues with components, global logistical challenges...).
In fact, GIUGTO waited 19 months
GIUGTO ordered their Hyundai Ioniq 5 in Belgium on 14/02/2022. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 06/01/2023, which was an initial delivery time of 11 months. In the end, GIUGTO took possession of the vehicle on 29/09/2023, which resulted in a waiting time of 19 months.
