Expected delivery period of 8 months
When X1pnx ordered his Peugeot 308 SW on 18/01/2022, he was filled with excitement and anticipation 😉 The initially announced delivery date of 30/09/2022, a standard eight months delivery period, seemed reasonable for such a sought-after model.
A delivery delayed by 9 months
For X1pnx, the delivery of his Peugeot 308 SW was postponed by more than nine months. Such delays, though quite unusual, can be attributed to various factors beyond the manufacturer's direct control (supply chain issues with components, global logistical challenges...).
In fact, X1pnx waited 17 months
X1pnx ordered their Peugeot 308 SW in Belgium
on 18/01/2022. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 30/09/2022, which was an initial delivery time of 8 months. In the end, X1pnx took possession of the vehicle on 19/06/2023, which resulted in a waiting time of 17 months.
