I ordered a new KANGOO 3 vehicle on September 9, 2022 with delivery date scheduled for December 24, 2022. As of today, August 9, 2023, still nothing. I was told on April 15, 2022 that the vehicle was finished but that Renault was waiting for the antenna plate. The sales department at my dealership is deplorable. He never calls me. As of August 9, 2023, there is still no news, which is already 11 months of waiting instead of 3.5 months and it is far from over.
I was delivered on September 8, a 12 month wait instead of 3.5 months. It lacks electrically folding mirrors and defrosting. The antenna was not installed and for good reason, it was not screwed in properly.
The odometer totaled 33 km and the 4 wheel arches were covered in thick, dry mud with tires in poor visual condition... and other equally distressing details.
I wrote to Renault Lyon and Paris by registered mail for complaint and regularization.

Expected delivery period of 3 months
When PRE ordered his Renault Kangoo on 09/09/2022, he was filled with excitement and anticipation 😉 The initially announced delivery date of 24/12/2022, a standard three months delivery period, seemed reasonable for such a sought-after model.
A delivery delayed by 9 months
For PRE, the delivery of his Renault Kangoo was postponed by more than eight months. Such delays, though quite unusual, can be attributed to various factors beyond the manufacturer's direct control (supply chain issues with components, global logistical challenges...).
In fact, PRE waited 12 months
PRE ordered their Renault Kangoo in France on 09/09/2022. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 24/12/2022, which was an initial delivery time of 3 months. In the end, PRE took possession of the vehicle on 08/09/2023, which resulted in a waiting time of 12 months.
