Details from Chris :
Vehicle delivered non-compliant: absence of reversing camera (Rear View).
The aftermarket camera, installed at the expense of the dealership, has an unusable display that does not comply with the VW standard: poorly oriented and distorted image, secondary screen with truncated menus with no possibility of exit, missing functionalities.
No response to my Registered Letter with AR 30 days after delivery.

Initial delivery period of 21 months
Chris had chosen the Volkswagen Multivan, a highly sought-after model, on 28/02/2023. At the time of purchase, he was given a delivery date of 30/11/2024. This represented an initial delivery period of twenty-one months, a duration quite typical for such a vehicle 👍
Delivery 4 months ahead of schedule !
This timeframe could raise questions among future buyers about Volkswagen's delivery schedule management, especially for a model as popular as the Multivan. Fortunately, Chris's experience can provide reassurance on this point. Volkswagen handled it well 👍
