My E-C3 delivered on 09/30/2024.
breakdown at 30km: bva blocked
same breakdown at 150 km: bva blocked
same breakdown at 300 km: bva blocked
BVA selector shift.
- The trunk which gets stuck and remains closed (never fixed because of a random problem.
- retro hull which is not great (shakes and makes noise in the event of shaking.
*for an electric vehicle of 2024 here are the delusions made by INGERIANS from PSA:
-Airbag warning light remains on.
- condensation on the rear lights
-Total absence of a clock (not even AX had a clock!)
-No functional connected services!
- No information on consumption (in kw...) in short, you are flying blind.
- My Citroen software very hazardous.
-In short, PSA must invest in interns (displaying a clock on the LCD dashboard is not complicated)
- you have 2 mileage counters! instead of a clock.
- Citroen telephone assistance is NULL, they don't even know the vehicle that is manufactured or assembled in India.
The dealership does what it can but it does not have an E-C3 repair manual and Citroën does not share with them the bugs received from customers.
-Here is the email I received this morning from the dealership where I ordered my bride:
Ladies and Gentlemen, Dear Customers,
As part of social leasing launched a few months ago at the initiative of the government, you have chosen to rent the new Citroën Ë-C3.
Production constraints linked to the surge in order intake and the manufacturer's desire to further strengthen quality controls on this vehicle have forced Automobiles Citroën to postpone the first deliveries of the Ë-C3.
At the beginning of September, we have information that I would like to share with you:
We will receive the first Ë-C3 at the Citroën GEMY Laval dealership from Monday September 23. The manufacturer has organized logistics plans between the production plant and the various Stellantis logistics centers in France, in order to reduce delivery times as much as possible.
If you cannot be delivered before this date, Citroën will cover the part of the bonus not paid by the state and the dealership will advance the cash to you. This will therefore allow us to maintain the exceptional conditions from which you have benefited.
If your vehicle is received before September 30, we are obliged to deliver to you before this date. Consequently, we will contact you to set up a delivery appointment until this date. These deadlines being restricted, your delivery could take place at the same time as that of other customers.
Consequently, you are required to come and sign the documents relating to social leasing.
If your vehicle is received after September 30, we will call you to set up a delivery appointment.
My administrative and sales teams are of course at your disposal.

Initial delivery period of 10 months
C3_53 had chosen the Citroën C3, a highly sought-after model, on 12/02/2024. At the time of purchase, he was given a delivery date of 29/11/2024. This represented an initial delivery period of ten months, a duration quite typical for such a vehicle 👍
Delivery 2 months ahead of schedule !
This timeframe could raise questions among future buyers about Citroën's delivery schedule management, especially for a model as popular as the C3. Fortunately, C3_53's experience can provide reassurance on this point. Citroën handled it well 👍
In fact, C3_53 waited 8 months
C3_53 ordered their Citroën C3 in France
on 12/02/2024. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 29/11/2024, which was an initial delivery time of 10 months. In the end, C3_53 took possession of the vehicle on 30/09/2024, which resulted in a waiting time of 8 months.
