09/07/2025 : Hello, after a meeting with the Sales Manager, here are their answers:
delivery date perhaps end of August.
request for compensation following the delay: 8-year guarantee: refused
while vehicles ordered in 2025 will benefit from it.
Request a commercial gesture for a possible discount of less than €500 without written proof. Not serious
22/08/2025 : Hello, still no delivery. The dealership told me that the VIN code is out. Delivery possible at the end of August. Fingers crossed.

Given the delay in delivery, I would like to know if I can benefit from the 8-year We Care guarantee assigned to the 2025 vehicle while my vehicle is also manufactured in 2025. I would also like to know if I can receive a commercial gesture from Citroen. Petitlois

When Petitlouis ordered his Citroën C3 on 12/11/2024, he was filled with excitement and anticipation 😉 The initially announced delivery date of 03/02/2025, a standard three months delivery period, seemed reasonable for such a sought-after model.

A delivery delayed by 7 months

For Petitlouis, the delivery of his Citroën C3 was postponed by more than seven months. Such delays, though quite unusual, can be attributed to various factors beyond the manufacturer's direct control (supply chain issues with components, global logistical challenges...).
