Hello everyone, ordering a Niro HEV 141 hp premium in February 2024. I took the wize and harman kardon drive pack, comet gray color (available in the Kia manufacturing forecast).
Initial delivery scheduled for July 31, 2024.
I ordered it in 141hp because of my constraint: towing my caravan.
July 31st appointment to collect the car but big problem!!!!
I received the 129HP model whose towing capacity has also been reduced by 300KG, Only 1000kg instead of 1300...
Very complicated moment which was resolved by the dealership, I inherited a pearly white model in 141 HP (which I like more...) with Drive wise, no harman kardon option... (the sound remains very correct) and a good additional discount!
Everything ended well and a big thank you to the dealership who really worked hard to find a satisfactory solution to this situation.

I am not disappointed with the entire vehicle, both in terms of the exterior and interior finishes.
I became familiar with all of the vehicle's aids. I particularly like the cruise control which detects the limit indicated by the signs and is easily managed. I also appreciate the regenerative braking which optimizes the battery charge during deceleration.
A good, fairly powerful family car.
It's a pleasant car to drive, I find that with the 18-inch rims, contrary to what I had read, it is quite comfortable. I previously had a Citroën C4 Spacetourer and the comfort is also good.
Consumption with the caravan is around 9.5 liters and without the caravan, I am around 4.2 liters/100 km.
It's not a sports car, but I feel really good in this vehicle which remains powerful enough for normal use.
An interior cabin has very nice ergonomics.
The interior space is well designed, we are not cramped, there is perhaps a little lack of storage.
The driving aids are quite easy to use. I mainly use the cruise control and the regenerative brake.
I like being able to limit the volume of sound alerts easily.
The lane departure warnings are still activated at startup, but it doesn't bother me, just turn on the turn signal. I also appreciate the voice centering which must be activated on each restart and it's a shame.
My only regret is therefore not being able to keep certain default settings, perhaps this will come in future updates.
Small disappointment for the CarPlay which is not wireless, which is a shame for a 2024 vehicle.
I solved the problem by purchasing a CarPlay USB stick which makes it much more convenient to use.
A very good family vehicle, hybrid, and which can tow a caravan.
I am completely satisfied with my first tests of the vehicle which perfectly meets my needs.
Consumption is completely correct. The overall comfort, the spacious interior and the materials used allow you to spend the miles in a pleasant atmosphere.
I don't have the constraint of having to load my vehicle regularly and above all I can tow my caravan when I need it without problem. I must admit that if I hadn't had a caravan, I would have been tempted by an all-electric model.
I do not regret my choice, and I can only recommend this vehicle.

The vehicle is at the dealership, just time to do the paperwork and assemble the hitch.
The deadline will therefore have been correct since the planned delivery date was July 31.

Registration document received... it is the 129hp model and not the 141 ordered. Quite disappointed with KIA at the time and really scared to know if it can pull our caravan!?
The towing capacity is 1010 kg compared to 1300 kg! Fortunately I have an old caravan which only weighs 850kg... KIA does not ensure at all communication and compliance with the order form but I no longer have a choice and find myself faced with a fait accompli.

Model received in 129CV! The dealership offered me the same one in pearly white 141 HP with an additional discount for the error of KIA which did not send the vehicle ordered by my salesperson (129 HP instead of 141). I'm posting photos after testing it on vacation with my caravan. Very positive results...I love this car!

Initial delivery period of 5 months
Sanchofred had opted for the Kia Niro on 23/02/2024. When purchasing, he was initially given a delivery date of 31/07/2024, equating to a five months delivery period.
A delivery delayed by 1 month
In Sanchofred's case, his Kia Niro was delivered with a slight one month delay, on 09/08/2024. Although rare, this delay remained within a reasonable timeframe. Kia still managed well.
In fact, sanchofred waited 6 months
Sanchofred ordered their Kia Niro in France on 23/02/2024. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 31/07/2024, which was an initial delivery time of 5 months. In the end, Sanchofred took possession of the vehicle on 09/08/2024, which resulted in a waiting time of 6 months.
