Expected delivery period of 4 months
When BB ordered his Peugeot 5008 on 31/08/2024, he was filled with excitement and anticipation 😉 The initially announced delivery date of 18/12/2024, a standard four months delivery period, seemed reasonable for such a sought-after model.
A delivery delayed by 6 months
For BB, the delivery of his Peugeot 5008 was postponed by more than six months. Such delays, though quite unusual, can be attributed to various factors beyond the manufacturer's direct control (supply chain issues with components, global logistical challenges...).
In fact, BB waited 10 months
BB ordered their Peugeot 5008 in Belgium 
on 31/08/2024. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 18/12/2024, which was an initial delivery time of 4 months. In the end, BB took possession of the vehicle on 20/06/2025, which resulted in a waiting time of 10 months.
