Expected delivery period of 9 months
When JL ordered his Peugeot 5008 on 21/03/2025, he was filled with excitement and anticipation 😉 The initially announced delivery date of 24/12/2025, a standard nine months delivery period, seemed reasonable for such a sought-after model.
A delivery delayed by 5 months
For JL, the delivery of his Peugeot 5008 was postponed by more than four months. Such delays, though quite unusual, can be attributed to various factors beyond the manufacturer's direct control (supply chain issues with components, global logistical challenges...).
In fact, JL waited 14 months
JL ordered their Peugeot 5008 in France 
on 21/03/2025. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 24/12/2025, which was an initial delivery time of 9 months. In the end, JL took possession of the vehicle on 07/05/2026, which resulted in a waiting time of 14 months.
