I contacted the dealer again, still no deadline to give me, there was supposedly a battery problem, the car did not even go into production
He tells me that I should normally have it in September, a year's delay but nothing is certain,
January 7, 2026, after 15 months of waiting, information from the dealer that the car is entering production

just one thing, I don't know if this matters to you, I have a clicking sound from the gearbox when it shifts at low speed around 30km/h

Expected delivery period of 5 months
When Jeff ordered his Peugeot 5008 on 30/09/2024, he was filled with excitement and anticipation 😉 The initially announced delivery date of 25/02/2025, a standard five months delivery period, seemed reasonable for such a sought-after model.
A delivery delayed by 10 months
For Jeff, the delivery of his Peugeot 5008 was postponed by more than ten months. Such delays, though quite unusual, can be attributed to various factors beyond the manufacturer's direct control (supply chain issues with components, global logistical challenges...).
In fact, Jeff waited 15 months
Jeff ordered their Peugeot 5008 in France on 30/09/2024. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 25/02/2025, which was an initial delivery time of 5 months. In the end, Jeff took possession of the vehicle on 07/01/2026, which resulted in a waiting time of 15 months.
