OBSESSION with just the WINTER PACK as an option, ordered on 04/08/26, I tell the seller that I am going on vacation around 07/20/26 and that if I order it I absolutely need it before I go on vacation, the seller looks on his computer and tells him 6 weeks of manufacturing and 2 weeks of delivery, I tell him I have to be sure of the deadline, otherwise I am leaving with a vehicle in stock even if it is another finish at the moment whether in hybrid!
The seller inquires, makes 2 - 3 calls, for the deadline it's good, we go with 1 factory order! On Friday 05/29/26, I went to my dealership to find out about my order, I came across a lady who takes care of deliveries, she looks on her computer, my vehicle is not yet built (no VIN!) and they announce the deadline mid-SEPTEMBER 2026! I can't tell you how angry I am! I have to contact my seller this week! I may cancel my order!
