At the beginning of May, when consulting My Renault, I noticed that the delivery date has moved back again. I call the seller who tells me not to worry, my car would be in the next department and that he is looking for a carrier….May 15 is the date of the so-called delivery of my vehicle (date on the order form) further extension of the dates until June 15. So I sent an email to the dealership telling them that if I did not have my vehicle quickly, I would be forced to put the file in the hands of my consumer association. The next day, May 20, a phone call from the seller telling me that my car was arriving and that I could come and pick it up on June 2 at 3 p.m....I can't wait but there will be little gifts for the delay...I'll keep you informed
