I ordered my R5 on 10/13/2024 with the addition of an option (advanced driving assist pack) on 10/17/2024. Deadline delivery date provided for in the order form: 02/24/2025
I then followed the delivery steps on MyRenault:
- 1st dates announced: end of December / beginning of January
At the beginning of December the delivery window goes from mid-January to February 10.
- at the end of December I receive the registration document but around the same date the slot goes from 02/10 to 02/23!
- January 9: phone call from the dealership announcing a delivery on January 15.
Conclusion: MyRenault is not really good at tracking deliveries and gave me a few cold sweats following the decree modifying the amount of the ecological bonus for vehicles delivered after February 14 (and ordered before 03/12/24).

Initial delivery period of 4 months
