Car not arrived and renault can not provide a date when it will be delivered

Car is stuck in customs unable to even give me a month for delivery. Have lent me a captur hybrid until it arrives. I can't take the laon car out of Italy and I have journeys planned to Austria in July and uk in August.

Car has been delivered red to errebi in Genoa. Still keys.need to be applied and car made available for collection. Hopefully on 28 July. The carcwas registered in April and I have already made three payments including insurance e without having the vehicle

Car was delivered to dealer. Dealer fitted the applique but scratched the car. Going for repair in September
