██ Tucson Ultimate de Sportscar 🔎️ 💬 « 2024 Hyundai Tucson Ultimate Hybrid Deep Sea Blue, Black Leather Interior Nov. 8/23 Dealer is waiting for Hyundai to allocate the vehicle with the VIN number to them. (very weird vehicle distribution system) Received a call from the dealer informing me that Hyundai has allocated a vehicle that matches my spec with the exception of the colour. The incoming vehicle is Titan Grey which is fine by me. The vehicle is expected in January. He will forward the VIN to me once they receive it. Further on the dealer vehicle allocation system, I have been informed by Hyundai that Ontario dealers outside major population centres such as the GTHA, KW, London, Windsor and Ottawa are the only dealers with ordering rights. All small market dealers receive their vehicles by allocation only. So, if you plan on buying/leasing a new Hyundai ask your local dealer if they have ordering rights or not. ██ Tucson Ultimate de waitingpatie... 🔎️ 💬 « I drove through the dealer lot on Monday and there were new vehicles on the lot! 3 Tucson Hybrids and one Plug-In Hybrid. Hoping this means mine (actually hubby's) will arrive very soon! Update today Sept 25th, 2023 - not sure what it means exactly but see below. July 29th ordered a 2023 Tucson Ultimate Hybrid in amazon grey Dealer called today Sept 30th and asked if we would take a black Tucson instead of the amazon grey. Was a hard no on that. We will continue to wait. "Everything with the Hybrids is all based on allocations and we made the list for 24's that's allocated for us this year. I anticipate I'll have a VIN number very soon, which will give us more of an exact ETA." Now Nov 22nd and still not even a VIN number. The have confirmed it will be a 2024 and most likely won't see it before next year. My gut tells me Feb or March 2024. Issue is we don't think hubby's car is going to last that long. » waitingpatiently wrote this comment on 10/01/2024. 05/12/2023 : We have heard from the dealer and they should have our car in a month. 18/12/2023 : Car has arrived on the dealer lot and we are to pick it up on Thursday Dec 21st.
