Peugeot France customer service is deplorable!
Do not respond to messages left on the site, do not call back on the phone.
Brest pitiful, rude is useless.
Fortunately the Brestois Sales Representative is on top, but unfortunately cannot do anything.
Unfortunately this day, October 15, not a shadow of 3008 on the horizon.
The registration document reached me recently, dated September 28.
On October 22, it will be 7 months of waiting.
Not a hint of apology from Peugeot management. Simply an understanding of my great dissatisfaction by the Brest Sales Representative who is in any case powerless in the face of Peugeot management. French company, moreover, attesting as if it were necessary, that in France nothing is going well.
Apart from this delay, which I find unacceptable on the part of a French company, established in Sochaux, it is ignorance and the absence of any respect on the part of Peugeot France.
The best way to build customer loyalty.
The tragedy is that my registration document was addressed to me, my vehicle, not received very soon 1 month!!!

I am waiting....
Delivery of the vehicle in principle Tuesday November 5.
8 months after my order, and more than 1 month after its registration.
No compensation planned.
Customer service feedback arrives long after my contacts.
No excuses, no compassion,
no offer of compensation for delay.
NOTHING!...
Concerning the Peugeot Brest dealership Nothing to complain about.
Good follow-up and excellent sales.
The problem is the power plant.
2nd purchase from Peugeot and the last.

I finally received my new 3008 GT hybrid this Tuesday, November 5.
More than 8 months of waiting without any explanation or apology from Peugeot France customer service.
Non-existent service.

2 days later, Thursday 7, Reversing camera failure.
Dropped in the garage today, Friday, but recovered as is, because it would be a listed problem which requires intervention from Peugeot France?
Either an update or a vehicle recall...
And there you go, long live Peugeot!
My only chance is to have a top Brest branch!
So, I'm looking forward to getting my backup camera repaired.
Very annoying problem due to poor visibility through the rear window.
We just have to hope that we won't have to wait another 8 months???

After 8 months of waiting without any explanations or excuses from the Peugeot France customer relations department, I finally took possession of my vehicle.
2 days after delivery, a breakdown occurred.
No more reversing camera?...
15 days without it, then everything started working again, probably through an update which was carried out without intervention on my part.
Today and for now, everything is fine!

Initial delivery period of 4 months
JLU29 had opted for the Peugeot 3008 on 12/03/2024. When purchasing, he was initially given a delivery date of 12/07/2024, equating to a four months delivery period.
A delivery delayed by 4 months
In JLU29's case, his Peugeot 3008 was delivered with a slight four months delay, on 05/11/2024. Although rare, this delay remained within a reasonable timeframe. Peugeot still managed well.
In fact, JLU29 waited 8 months
JLU29 ordered their Peugeot 3008 in France
on 12/03/2024. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 12/07/2024, which was an initial delivery time of 4 months. In the end, JLU29 took possession of the vehicle on 05/11/2024, which resulted in a waiting time of 8 months.
