On the other hand, DACIA seems to have a big problem in the management of the carriers responsible for repatriating the vehicles: The vehicle took 13 days to be transferred 50 km, from MIRAMAS to BEAUCAIRE! where it is still in storage awaiting delivery to the dealership. It is still planned for 20 more days before delivery (for a journey of 58km!) in total/France = 1 month more to do 108Kms (what's more in France!) On this date, the order tracking on My Dacia announces delivery between 12/23 and 01/05/2025.
As of today 11/24, order tracking announces delivery between 02/3 and 02/16. We make fun of the world. In the meantime I had to incur costs (150 euros) on my vehicle which Dacia took back from me for 800 euros. I am more than disappointed because I feel like I am being led for a ride and what I read on the blog does not reassure me.
the delivery went very well with competent and very friendly staff. I was told that I was going to receive a satisfaction survey, I said that I would have things to say...The secretary then discovered the delivery delay. I sent a registered letter to Dacia France which remained unanswered. I have the Dacia Duster 1.2 tce 130 Journey 6-speed manual gearbox, which is what I wanted. I only chose the spare wheel pad as an option, otherwise I find that the original version is very complete. I have only traveled 250 km with this vehicle. I particularly appreciate the steering, the electric assistance of which is very gentle...to see in the long term.
