The communication from Westminster Toyota in BC here was atrocious, we were ignored for stretches up to 3 months at a time and had to contact Central Canada to even get updates so they would pressure our dealership. The bullshit hasn't stopped, they wasted more of my time with a minor needed install we had requested but thankfully other dealerships in my area have been great and that is were I'll take my service business. The car itself: great, and I am glad we went higher trim, some of the features are like nothing I've experienced. I'm hoping for a long life like my last Toyota. » Vanderwo wrote this comment on 06/03/2025. 11/01/2025 : The dealer still hasn't replied to a query about the progress of our order made 3 days ago. After a year of waiting and handing over a deposit we've never heard from them except if we poked them for an update. 06/03/2025 : Very difficult to get updates. Now starting to wonder what happens when you order a car (with deposit) and it was in Jan 2024 when order was made for a 2024 car,... but it is creeping well into 2025. Anyone know? 11/08/2025 : Horrible customer service continues. We have no idea when to expect our car and worry we are not actually on any list.
