██ AMI My Ami Tonic de EM 💬 « Delivery time well exceeded without any apology or information from Citroen which we now remind every 2-3 days. We have had the registration document since 23/9/ = for 7 weeks and even already received the ecological bonus in mid-October, ...and also received an astonishing letter from Citroen stating that we should present our car (which has still not been delivered to us!) would be recalled and should quickly be presented by us in a Citroen garage for a possible problem with the alignment of the front wheels. We have the impression that at Citroen currently, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing... not very reassuring, it doesn't make us want to one day opt for a "real" large Citroen... We have now sent a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Citroen, giving them a final deadline of 2 weeks for delivery of the car which, according to the not very friendly lady on the phone, has already been in the warehouse in our region since 10/20/. If nothing happens within 2 weeks, we are considering canceling the order. -> Update: receipt of the car finally after 5 weeks (11/20) of hassle after the guaranteed delivery date (10/16/)(phone calls + Email every 2 days + without having explanations why the delivery date could not be kept "we'll take care of you" lol) After 4 weeks without information and without having received the cart, we sent Citroën a return letter + email giving them a final deadline of 14 days to finally provide us with the car - otherwise we will cancel the contract. What a miracle: 2 days after sending this email and the same via return letter (you can find pre-formulated and legally impeccable texts on the Internet) it was Citroen who called us to put us in touch with the carrier and presto, the car was with us after 8 days. All this, in our opinion, only because of the AR LETTER sent!! Do the same - it seems the only way to get them to move. » EM wrote this comment on 16/12/2024. Citroën has twice commissioned a transporter without having correctly carried out the administrative release of the vehicle on the warehouse side. It took a 3rd delivery for it to be correct, with of course a month's delay after each failure. First on the phone at the beginning of September, telling me that the car is being finalized and that they are calling on the carrier. Reminder on September 6th by raising the tone because it's starting to work well, giving an incorrect date to obtain customer purchases is not fair.
