Following my visit to the dealership on Monday February 24 (date scheduled for 3 weeks for the keys to be handed over), the response was: “we don't know where your vehicle is. It would still be in Mulhouse” (where it was stored at the beginning of January), “apparently, but we are not sure”. This really lacks seriousness. I am on the verge of canceling the order. Please explain to me why a French brand vehicle (Citroën), manufactured in France (in Rennes), now “arrived” in Mulhouse, since at least the beginning of January, is nowhere to be found today. We think we're dreaming. The latest news is that "my" C5 Aircross has been found, it is still in Mulhouse. For what ? It would have been “forgotten” in the parking lot when it was loaded onto the truck. In the meantime, I still received the registration document, issued on February 28. Last week, the dealership called me: "your vehicle is arriving, it will be there at the beginning of the week, you will have it by Wednesday March 19 at the latest. Do you already have the registration document? That's a good sign." Today, no news.
