Expected delivery period of 6 months
When Fab30 ordered his Honda Civic on 29/10/2022, he was filled with excitement and anticipation 😉 The initially announced delivery date of 10/05/2023, a standard six months delivery period, seemed reasonable for such a sought-after model.
A delivery delayed by 7 months
For Fab30, the delivery of his Honda Civic was postponed by more than six months. Such delays, though quite unusual, can be attributed to various factors beyond the manufacturer's direct control (supply chain issues with components, global logistical challenges...).
In fact, Fab30 waited 13 months
Fab30 ordered their Honda Civic in France on 29/10/2022. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 10/05/2023, which was an initial delivery time of 6 months. In the end, Fab30 took possession of the vehicle on 15/11/2023, which resulted in a waiting time of 13 months.
