Expected delivery period of 5 months
When Sandron ordered his Honda Civic on 17/12/2022, he was filled with excitement and anticipation 😉 The initially announced delivery date of 31/05/2023, a standard five months delivery period, seemed reasonable for such a sought-after model.
A delivery delayed by 5 months
For Sandron, the delivery of his Honda Civic was postponed by more than five months. Such delays, though quite unusual, can be attributed to various factors beyond the manufacturer's direct control (supply chain issues with components, global logistical challenges...).
In fact, Sandron waited 10 months
Sandron ordered their Honda Civic in United Kingdom 
on 17/12/2022. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 31/05/2023, which was an initial delivery time of 5 months. In the end, Sandron took possession of the vehicle on 30/10/2023, which resulted in a waiting time of 10 months.
