Tried my best to be patient.
After a face to face conversation, being told to cancel the order 5 times, being told that there are other customers to deal with beyond me, I had to go ahed and take my business elsewhere as there was still no indication on delivery dates even after waiting for more than a year.
Good luck to everyone else who is still waiting.
