Expected delivery period of 8 months
When Cristobal ordered his Honda Civic on 12/11/2022, he was filled with excitement and anticipation 😉 The initially announced delivery date of 15/07/2023, a standard eight months delivery period, seemed reasonable for such a sought-after model.
A delivery delayed by 9 months
For Cristobal, the delivery of his Honda Civic was postponed by more than nine months. Such delays, though quite unusual, can be attributed to various factors beyond the manufacturer's direct control (supply chain issues with components, global logistical challenges...).
In fact, Cristobal waited 17 months
Cristobal ordered their Honda Civic in France on 12/11/2022. At the time of their order, the initially announced delivery date was 15/07/2023, which was an initial delivery time of 8 months. In the end, Cristobal took possession of the vehicle on 25/04/2024, which resulted in a waiting time of 17 months.
