I ordered the car on February 28, 2024 (date of sales contract). The dealership had informed us that the car would be delivered in May and the delivery date stipulated in the contract was June 17. At the end of April, Peugeot informed us by email that delivery of our car was scheduled for the last week of June. At the beginning of July, we still had no news and the dealership had not sent us any updates and was not responding to our messages. After personally visiting the dealership, we were informed that there was a delivery delay and that delivery was scheduled for August. Still no news as of mid-August. After several attempts to contact us, the dealer informed us that there were still delivery delays because the Peugeot factory no longer had any chassis and that the car would be delivered in September. We asked if the dealership could offer us a company car for the vacation period and, after some hesitation, they offered us a car for 3 weeks. On September 20, they informed us that our car was finally in Portugal. We are currently waiting for registration and hope to finally be in possession of our car on October 2 or 3.

Initial delivery period of 4 months
